Has anyone been experiencing the same trouble that I have with blogsvertise? I have been doing posts for blogvertise since 2007 but it started to cause me headaches in 2008 particularly after my main website’s page rank decreased from PR 4 to PR 3.

Sometimes, Blogsvertise would be rejecting posts, advise you to to rewrite the entry and after several tries and rejections, you would end up being advised to remove the post because your blog does not comply to the advertiser’s requirements .This happened to me in March 2008. Blogsvertise made this assignment available in my grab task and rejected it later because my site was PR 3 (and they made the assignment available for my PR 3 site and did not even gave specific requirement that the assignment is for PR 4 and higher sites only).

The worse thing is that, sometimes, Blogvertise will be rejecting the task (that you can’t resubmit) only after the post (and the paid links) are already in your site for several days. Just today, I got a rejection email for a post I submitted last February 9. I was told to remove the post today February 13 because the advertiser cancelled the campaign. Can’t blogsvertise do something to protect their bloggers from advertisers who commission posts and then back out after the article is already made?

Anyone having trouble with blogsvertise too?

I was surprised to see that payperpost now only pays around $1.5 in some of its 200 word assignments; and $1 to even half a dollar for a 50 word review– an outrageously low offer when you compare it to other previous payperpost assignments.

I hope I only missed some instructions. I hope PPP advertisers do not make the recession an excuse to pay less.

Updated January 19:

It turns out payperpost will be doing this for the month of January only (hopefully). Read between the words in the payperpost blog and you will realize this (low paying ads) feature is experimental. My take? If bloggers keep taking the low paying opps, then payperpost may continue or make this .50 or so per post offer permanent in the future. Why pay more when bloggers are willing to work for less?

Is Global Warming Real?

A number of people seemed to think that global warming is not happening and that one of the most pressing world issues promoted by environmental activists and even by politicians like Al Gore is not really true, that what really exists is a global warming hoax.

Global Warming Myth

Some of the contentions that say global warming issues are not real can be found in the following :

  1. Hot Politics which argues that United Nations’ experts doctored global warming evidence
  2. The Great Global Warming Swindle video which contends that globel warming is a lie. Watch The Great Global Warming Swindle here: (more…)

Seems blessings are pouring to all Filipino netizens. Google adsense offered its Pinoy adsense publishers with an opportunity to receive their earnings through Western Union yesterday and just this morning, I got the information from Janette Toral that Filipinos can now send and receive paypal payments.

Finally, Filipinos can now participate in online earning programs that pay through paypal. Here are some online earning programs and companies that Filipinos can now take advantage of now that paypal is here:

Update: I have removed the links. Please check them out at Jobz Online

Note: I have registered to some of these programs but I have not actually tried all of them. Nevertheless, all these earning programs are free to join.

I do not expect rhodilee.com to get any page rank yet but there have been rumors circulating around the internet saying that the April page rank update might be the last. Google is assumed to have done away with the page rank system and is presumed to be considering another system to rank blogs and websites.

Google used to update page rank every 3 months and it has been almost 6 months since the last page rank update. Will this affect the system through which sites like reviewme and blogvertise determine the pay for their bloggers?
