I am pro stem cell research. I believe that stem cell technology will provide cure to illnesses that cost peoples’ lives: cancer, tumor, leukemia and Parkinson’s disease and I am thankful that Americans have elected a President who is supporting stem cell research.
Barack Obama’s view on stem cell research
According to Dr. George Daley, past president of the International Society for Stem Cell Research, stem cell reserch is an issue that is close to Obama’s heart and which he believes has the potential to save people’s lives. I hope that an improved focus on stem cell reasearch will result in people to live healthier and happier lives.
The latest burger king ad is getting a lot of attention because it is “insensitive to world hunger”. So how insensitive was it? Watch the controversial burger king commercial video here:
The Great Global Warming Swindle video is a documentary by British television producer Martin Durkin that argues the “scientific claims” of global warming. Contentions of the Great Global Warming Swindle film allege that the climate change issue was backed up by financial and political interests.
Unfortunately, the global warming swindle movie itself has not been excused from the global warming scandal it wanted to “expose”.Articles from the wikipedia and The Independent report that the video documentary was based on the great global warming swindle graphs that were distorted and mislabelled. In fact, two contributors of the film were among those who criticized the film for its misleading arguments.
Videos on the great global warming swindle debate is available in youtube but should you like to watch the full video, you might want to buy a global warming swindle dvd.
